First Two Down

Well first two finals are down. We’ll see how they went. Yesterday I did another Fllay Allster photoshoot with Kyle at Cal State Fullerton. It was so much fun (despite the comb in the wig gouging into my scalp and giving me a sore spot for a few hours after I took the wig off)! Back to studying and such. I’ll get those photos posted shortly—in the meantime here is a sample photo!

P.S. (SEWING MACHINE WHINING REMOVED) I found my manual and figured out what I was doing wrong with my buttonholes. Ahhh the part I forgot always vexed me. Anyway I finished the dress I made for my 2 year old cousin for christmas. My aunt is my godmother and had a set of twins, and Kelly is coming up on age 2ish so I made her this cute size 5 dress. Detail pictures showing collar, plackets & cuffs, and understitching below!

Use the Satin Stitch on the Zigzag function. It’s better than nothing.

I was so nervous about my Logic final, went very well was a lot easier then I thought it was going to be by far. Just happy that class is over! Are you doing 3 classes per quarter? I’d say good luck but I’m pretty sure you won’t need it! Have a good Winter break and Christmas. Nice job on the dress btw very nice.

Oh your taking 3 credit classes? How long are your classes usually? Just curious on how different colleges setup their scheduling.

if you dare to wear that wig again, I might recommend a small patch of “second skin” athletes use them on blisters for shoes, but they’re just a small piece rubber adhesive, and might give you the protection you need

myclasses are 3 units each, 2 hours and 45 minutes once a week for 10 weeks.
